This course trains you to lead the independent QA/QC assurance programme — directing the Junior Analyst, owning the gate deliverables, presenting findings to the SteerCo, and making the call when the implementer pushes back. You are Meridian QA's senior voice on the PetroNova S.A. engagement.
The client: PetroNova S.A., implementing SAP S/4HANA RISE across Finance, Procurement, and Operations at Port Meridian, Arcadia.
Your firm: Meridian QA — the independent QA/QC assurance firm. You are not part of the Apexon implementation team. You review, challenge, and report on Apexon's work independently.
Your role: Senior QA Analyst. You step into the engagement at Week 18, take over from the Junior Analyst, and lead all assurance activities through to programme closure at Week 37 — including Gate 2, go-live sign-off, the SteerCo presentation, the external audit contribution, and the final programme archive.
The engagement: A 33-week, seven-domain QA/QC programme. As Senior Analyst you own the four registers, all gate reports, the monthly SteerCo pack, and the commercial discipline — submission logs, invoice timing, and disputed acceptance protocols.
Lead the QA workstream. Design the testing approach, manage junior analysts, own the sign-off conversation, and defend your findings to the engagement director.
